Win aims to support women in rural areas setting up their own businesses. Partners of the European project develop methods to recognise, comprehend and to certify professional competences and key-qualifications. This certificate will help women to extend their room for manoeuvre, to establish themselves on the job-market and to find their individual division in which to become successful as self-employees.
At the same time, new formations will help the regions to develop in terms of both tourism and economy.
Several countries have united at Win in order to exchange knowledge and experi-ence. All participants in their countries work together with the target-group, apply the respective methods during their work and use the result for evaluation to eventually being able to define European standards.
